Our indicator integrates Smart Money Concept (SMC) — the same institutional methodology used by banks and hedge funds. It automatically detects BOS, CHoCH, Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, and Premium/Discount zones directly on your XAUUSD (Gold) chart in real time.
Break of Structure
A BOS occurs when price breaks a previous swing high (bullish) or swing low (bearish), confirming trend continuation. Our indicator marks every BOS automatically with horizontal lines and labels on your chart.
Change of Character
CHoCH signals a potential trend reversal — the first sign that smart money is shifting direction. When price breaks the opposite swing point, it signals the end of the current trend and the beginning of a new one.
Order Blocks (OB)
Order Blocks are institutional candle zones where banks and large funds placed massive orders. Price frequently returns to these zones to mitigate imbalances. Bullish OBs appear as teal boxes; Bearish OBs as orange/red boxes.
Fair Value Gap
Fair Value Gaps (FVG) are price imbalances created when price moves aggressively in one direction, leaving a 3-candle gap. Price seeks to "fill" these gaps. Shown as shaded zones within Order Blocks on the chart.
Premium Zone
The Premium zone sits above the 50% equilibrium level of a price swing. In a bearish context, smart money SELLS in the premium zone. Our indicator draws this region automatically with a dashed red line — ideal for short setups.
Discount Zone
The Discount zone is below the 50% equilibrium. Smart money BUYS in the discount zone. Combined with a bullish Order Block or FVG in this area, it forms a high-probability long entry. Shown with a green dashed line on the chart.
Higher Highs & Higher Lows
A bullish market structure is confirmed by a sequence of Higher Highs (HH) and Higher Lows (HL). Every BOS to the upside followed by a HL confirms continuation of the uptrend — the foundation of SMC trend analysis.
Lower Highs & Lower Lows
A bearish market structure is defined by Lower Highs (LH) and Lower Lows (LL). Once CHoCH is confirmed to the downside, every BOS downward followed by a LH locks in a valid sell setup using institutional logic.
50% Retracement Level
The midpoint (50%) between a swing high and swing low acts as equilibrium. This is the dividing line between premium and discount. It is also the most common retracement level where institutions re-enter positions after a BOS.
